Clause Regarding the Arbitration Court

Any dispute, disagreement or claim ensuing from this agreement that is related to it or its violation, termination or invalidity, shall be finally settled by the Riga United Arbitration Court (registration No. 40003940446, Riga, Elizabetes str. 85A - 19B) in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of this arbitration court, by one arbitrator/three arbitrators appointed by the Chairperson of the arbitration court/appointed in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Rules of Procedure of this arbitration court, in Latvian, in written proceedings on the basis of submitted documents/in viva voce proceedings and in compliance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.*
